Most importantly, you are given full control of your product offerings, including cut off and block out dates, inventory, delivery, shipping and more, without any third-party involvement!

No, the customer will be able to download Floralapp® for free, and enjoy all the services you have to offer. This means far greater exposure opportunities for you!
What would entice a customer to load our app on their phone?
You will have the option of including a special offer for first time use. You could include a $5 or $10 offer towards the first order placed with the app. This would encourage your customer to load the app and place an order.
How will a customer download Floralapp® to their phone?
Just like any other app, customers will be able to download Floralapp® from the Android Market® or Apple App Store®. Android® users will even have the ability to download your app directly from an internet link. This means you can include an immediate call to action in email marketing campaigns, on your website, in your email signature, banner ads, AdWords® campaigns, or anywhere else on the web!
Is Floralapp® easy for customers to use?
Ordering flowers couldn’t be more convenient than this. Customers simply login, browse your product line, select their desired product, enter their recipient’s information or even select from their phone’s address book, write a card message, choose their payment method, and submit!
Payment methods
Floralapp® recommends Paypal, the global leader in secure, easy online ordering and house charge options. There will be a credit card clearing option soon as for now it is a manual process. MAS systems is currently developing a process for orders to automatically process through their order entry. This should be completed within two weeks.
How will I receive and process orders?
Receiving orders from Floralapp® is easy! You’ll receive a notification via email, alerting you that an order has been placed. Simply log into your custom Floralapp® administrative site to retrieve and process the order! We plan to upgrade this feature in the future as well, allowing you to integrate order processing directly into your existing website.
Is there any other florist phone app on the market?
Yes. Ftd.com and 1800 currently offer apps to their customers. There are a few flower shops who have had these made. We have yet to see any with floristsmart® software written recognizing the unique needs of local retails florists. Holiday and availability challenges along with holiday pricing have all been considered in this development.
